Cynthia Marie, Founder and Principal Consultant

Cynthia worked as a Charter School Business Manager for several years before launching Central Source. She understands the need for sound business practices in Charter Schools and has successfully implemented quality fiscal and operational systems for all the schools she supports. She has over twenty years of professional business management experience in both the private and public sector and earned a Masters Degree in Management from Cambridge College in 2004.

High Quality Charter schools take a creative approach to education and structure their curriculum around the needs of the students in the school. It is this approach combined with strong parent and community involvement that will close the academic achievement gaps and advance education in this country. I applaud and support their efforts.

Lynne Goncalves, Senior Consultant

Lynne has over 25 years of accounting and business management experience and has worked with Charter Schools for several years providing business management solutions. She understands the unique needs of Charter Schools and has managed everything from the day to day fiscal procedures through the year end audits. With a strong belief in the education of our young people, she has over 15 years experience in parent volunteer programs, including board treasurer, scholarship trustee and vice-president of a youth soccer association.

Barbara Boone, B.S., CHES

Barbara earned her business administration degree from the KV Business School in Zurich, Switzerland and has worked in business management for over 10 years. In addition to her business degree, Barbara also received a B.S. in Health Education from Bridgewater State University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Barbara currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for the Advancement of Science Education at Bridgewater State University and on the Board of Directors of the DJ Dream Fund.
